Please read sections 4.3 and 4.4 on how to build SQL expressions and using the critical questions for query formulation (Table 4.20 on Page 102). In addition, we expect you to hand test your SQL expression using the Conceptual Evaluation Process (Fig. 4.2 on Page 99). We will take off points if the critical questions and the hand test is not provided.
